Surrey Chambers of Commerce Golf Society

The Surrey Chambers of Commerce Golf Society generally meets once a month from March through to November with occasional events outside these months. With well over 100 members and regular attendances in often excess of 40, joining the society gives you the opportunity to play some of Surrey's best courses as well as networking with local business owners. We are pleased to sponsor the Surrey Chambers of Commerce Golf Society's Order of Merit. Working on a points basis throughout the year, with 10 points for the winner of each event down to 1 point for 10th place, the golfer with who amasses the greatest number of points at the end of the season is awarded the Order of Merit trophy. The inaugural event was held during 2006 and won by Alan Smith whilst the title for 2007 was won by Hugh Shelmerdine. Alan Smith triumphed again in 2008.
